After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-tickets attached. You can print these tickets or show them on your mobile device at the festival entrance.
Yes, tickets are transferable. The person using the ticket must present the e-ticket (printed or digital) at the entrance.
The 5% service fee covers payment processing, ticketing system costs, and customer support services.
Children under 3 years old can enter for free. Children aged 3-11 require a children's ticket. Everyone aged 12 and above needs a regular ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else or resell it through our official resale platform (available from March 2025).
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
Ticket upgrades may be available depending on availability. Contact our customer service team at tickets@opener.pl for assistance with upgrades.
