Important Notice

By purchasing a ticket to Open'er Festival 2025, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

1. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A valid ID matching the ticket holder's name may be required for entry.

Service fees are non-refundable and apply to all ticket purchases.

2. Festival Entry

Entry to the festival requires a valid ticket and photo ID.

Children under 3 years old enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

Re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the festival grounds, your ticket becomes invalid.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these terms.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons, knives, or sharp objects
  • Glass containers and bottles
  • Illegal substances
  • Professional recording equipment
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Chairs, umbrellas, or large bags

Security reserves the right to search bags and refuse entry for prohibited items.

4. Behavior & Safety

Attendees must behave respectfully towards other festival-goers, staff, and artists.

Aggressive, violent, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal.

Follow all safety instructions from festival staff and security.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

5. Liability

Attendance at the festival is at your own risk.

The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during the event.

Weather conditions may affect the festival. No refunds will be given for weather-related issues.

6. Changes & Cancellation

The festival lineup, schedule, and venue may change without notice.

No refunds will be given for artist cancellations or schedule changes.

In case of festival cancellation, refunds will be processed according to applicable law.

Force majeure events may result in cancellation without liability to organizers.
