The area is open on festival days from 3:30pm to 3:30am.
Entry to the festival area is possible from Zielona street (Gdynia) and Żeromskiego street (Kosakowo).
Each participant should have a valid photo ID with them! - ID card, student ID, driving license or passport
Remember that a lot of people come to festival, so do not wait until the last minute to exchange your ticket for a wristband, so as not to be late for the performance of your favorite artist!
If you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult at the festival. Your guardian must complete the appropriate declaration:
Exchange your ticket for a festival wristband at the entrance gates. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival. Once attached, wristbands cannot be removed and transferred to another person.
Ticket exchange points are located at both main entrances: Gdynia Entrance (Zielona street) and Kosakowo Entrance (Żeromskiego street). Additional exchange points may be available during peak hours.
Ticket offices are available at both entrances for last-minute purchases (subject to availability) and customer service. Office hours: 30 minutes before gates open until 30 minutes after gates close.
Information points are located throughout the festival area to help with directions, lost items, emergency contacts, and general festival information. Look for the "INFO" signs or ask any festival staff member.

Bring a quality tent, sleeping bag, portable charger, and weather-appropriate clothing.
Keep noise levels down during quiet hours and respect other campers' space.
Use designated recycling bins and leave no trace. Help us keep the campsite clean!
Use the on-site lockers or keep valuables with you. Don't leave items unattended in tents.
In the event of heavy rainfall, parking at the festival site may be limited or impossible. If you can, leave your car in the city center and use the festival bus.

Important: For the safety of participants, scooters are not allowed to enter the festival area or the public parking area.

There is a cashless payment system at the festival. We accept payments with payment cards, telephones, watches and other devices in contactless technology.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and contactless devices like smartwatches.
We have also prepared a special Alter Art prepaid card that can be topped up for cash. If you have an Alter Art card from Orange Warsaw Festival, top it up and use it at Open'er.
Important! The Alter Art card is not a payment card that can be used outside the festival site.
Set up Apple Pay or Google Pay before arriving for the fastest checkout experience.
Bring a portable charger to ensure your phone stays powered for mobile payments.
Have a backup payment method ready in case of technical issues.
Save your receipts for expense tracking and potential refunds.
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We have comprehensive safety measures and support systems in place to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable festival experience.
Remember that the festival attracts a huge number of people. Each person is different and handles being in a crowd of thousands differently. When standing in queues, waiting for concerts, interacting with newly met participants, try to respect their space and avoid and do not escalate possible conflict situations. If necessary, notify security staff about the problem.

Shelter Services:
Location: Shelter points are located near main stages and information areas. Look for the "SHELTER" signs or ask any festival staff member for directions.
Locate the nearest first aid station or contact any festival staff member immediately. Medical personnel are on-site 24/7.
Contact security staff immediately or go to the nearest information point. Security personnel patrol the entire festival area.
Report to the nearest information point. We have a lost person protocol and announcement system in place.
Follow staff instructions and seek shelter in designated areas. Weather updates will be announced throughout the festival.
All prohibited items can be left in DEPOSIT. A detailed list of items prohibited on the festival area can be found in the REGULATIONS.
The Organizer prohibits the bringing and possession of medicines, with the exception of medicines in original packaging, available without a prescription and whose possession is confirmed by an appropriate medical certificate.
People whose health condition requires the administration of specialized medications may have the necessary medications and medical supplies for administering medications, but they are required to present a medical certificate confirming the need to have them with them.
Bringing your own food and drinks is only possible in the case of strictly defined diets confirmed by a medical certificate. At the same time, we ask that food and drinks be stored in a way that does not violate the provisions of the Regulations regarding safety.
We encourage people with diabetes to take liquid glucose sachets with them, available at any pharmacy.
At the entrances to the festival area and at the entrance to the campsite, there are paid deposits where you can leave items that are prohibited in the regulations.

Items from the Entry Gdynia and Entry Kosakowo deposits that were not collected during the festival, as well as lost items, will be available for collection on Sunday (July 6) at the Gdynia Entrance deposit between 12:00 - 15:00.
After this date, uncollected items will be sent to the organizer's office in Warsaw.
