ADMISSION TO THE FESTIVAL

Festival Hours

The area is open on festival days from 3:30pm to 3:30am.

Entrances

Entry to the festival area is possible from Zielona street (Gdynia) and Żeromskiego street (Kosakowo).

Valid ID Required

Each participant should have a valid photo ID with them! - ID card, student ID, driving license or passport

Important Notice

Remember that a lot of people come to festival, so do not wait until the last minute to exchange your ticket for a wristband, so as not to be late for the performance of your favorite artist!

Minors (Under 16)

If you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult at the festival. Your guardian must complete the appropriate declaration:

EXCHANGING TICKET FOR A WRISTBAND

Exchange your ticket for a festival wristband at the entrance gates. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival. Once attached, wristbands cannot be removed and transferred to another person.

EXCHANGING POINTS

Ticket exchange points are located at both main entrances: Gdynia Entrance (Zielona street) and Kosakowo Entrance (Żeromskiego street). Additional exchange points may be available during peak hours.

TICKET OFFICES

Ticket offices are available at both entrances for last-minute purchases (subject to availability) and customer service. Office hours: 30 minutes before gates open until 30 minutes after gates close.

INFO POINTS

Information points are located throughout the festival area to help with directions, lost items, emergency contacts, and general festival information. Look for the "INFO" signs or ask any festival staff member.

CAMPING

Experience the full festival atmosphere by staying at our camping site. Multiple accommodation options are available to suit every budget and comfort level.

CAMP SITE

General Camping Area:

  • Open from July 1, 12:00 noon to July 6, 2:00 pm
  • Bring your own tent and camping equipment
  • Shared shower and toilet facilities available 24/7
  • Food vendors and small shops on-site
  • 24-hour security and medical assistance
  • Quiet hours: 2:00 am - 8:00 am

Price: Included with camping ticket purchase

GLAMPING

Premium Glamping Experience:

  • Pre-set luxury tents with comfortable beds
  • Private bathroom facilities
  • Electricity and charging stations
  • Welcome package with festival essentials
  • Dedicated glamping area with enhanced security
  • Complimentary breakfast included

Price: €150 per person for the entire festival period

Capacity: 2-4 people per tent

OPEN'ER SLEEPHUTS

Sleephuts - SOLD OUT for 2025:

  • Wooden cabin accommodation for 4 people
  • Beds with mattresses and pillows provided
  • Lockable door for security
  • Shared bathroom facilities nearby
  • Power outlets inside each hut

  • €6 (25 PLN) for each entry - motorbikes and scooters
  • €13 (55 PLN) for each entry - passenger cars (up to 5 seats)
  • €17 (70 PLN) for each entry - passenger cars (> 5 seats) and trucks

  • Dedicated camper area with electrical hookups
  • Water supply and waste disposal facilities
  • Separate entrance for easy access

GETTING HERE

Weather Notice

In the event of heavy rainfall, parking at the festival site may be limited or impossible. If you can, leave your car in the city center and use the festival bus.

Transport Options

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Bus Services:

  • Regular bus lines connect Gdynia city center to the festival site
  • Special festival shuttle buses operate during event days
  • Extended service hours during festival dates
  • Bus stops located near both festival entrances

Train: Take the train to Gdynia Główna station, then connect via bus

Check the ZKM Gdynia website for detailed schedules and routes

BICYCLE PARKING

Be eco, come to the festival with your bike!

  • Free bicycle parking areas at both entrances
  • Secure bike racks with basic security
  • City bike stations located near festival entrances
  • Bike repair station available on-site

Note: The nearest parking for city bikes are located at the entrances to the festival (check map).

SCOOTERS

Scooter Parking:

  • Commercial and private scooters can be parked near festival entrances
  • Specially designated parking sites available (check maps)
  • Electric scooter charging stations available

Important: For the safety of participants, scooters are not allowed to enter the festival area or the public parking area.

FESTIVAL PARKING

Are you coming to the festival by car? Here you can find a set of information:

Location: The festival parking (unguarded) is located on the side of the Kosakowo Entrance

Accessibility: The parking places for people with disabilities are closest to the entrance and to the point of tickets exchange.

Opening Hours:

  • July 2, 2025: from 1:30pm to 6:00am the next day
  • July 3-4, 2025: from 2:30pm to 6:00am the next day
  • July 5, 2025: from 1:30pm to 12:00 noon the next day
  • Access to the parking is possible until 3:00am every day

Parking Prices:

  • €6 (25 PLN) for each entry - motorbikes and scooters
  • €13 (55 PLN) for each entry - passenger cars (up to 5 seats)
  • €17 (70 PLN) for each entry - passenger cars (> 5 seats) and trucks
  • €24 (100 PLN) - 24-hour ticket (allows multiple entries and exits from the car park on a given festival day)

Important Notes:

  • Cars that will not be picked up before the end of the parking day are treated as if they have entered the parking again
  • WARNING! Cars over 2.8 m high are not allowed to enter the public car park because of a footbridge over the road!

PAYMENTS AT THE FESTIVAL

There is a cashless payment system at the festival. We accept payments with payment cards, telephones, watches and other devices in contactless technology.

Contactless Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and contactless devices like smartwatches.

Alter Art Prepaid Card

We have also prepared a special Alter Art prepaid card that can be topped up for cash. If you have an Alter Art card from Orange Warsaw Festival, top it up and use it at Open'er.

Alter Art Card Information

  • The prepaid card issued in 2024 will also be active
  • There will be four points for exchanging cash for Alter Art prepaid cards
  • Exchange points located at both main entrances and inside the festival area

Important! The Alter Art card is not a payment card that can be used outside the festival site.

SAFETY

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We have comprehensive safety measures and support systems in place to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable festival experience.

Safety Information

SAFETY

Remember that the festival attracts a huge number of people. Each person is different and handles being in a crowd of thousands differently. When standing in queues, waiting for concerts, interacting with newly met participants, try to respect their space and avoid and do not escalate possible conflict situations. If necessary, notify security staff about the problem.

If you feel threatened in any way by behaviour of strangers, acquaintances or close friends; you are witnesses or victims of inappropriate behavior or harassment, Shelter is here to help you.

Shelter Services:

  • Safe space for anyone feeling unsafe or uncomfortable
  • Trained staff available 24/7 during the festival
  • Confidential support and assistance
  • Coordination with security and medical services when needed
  • Information and resources for various situations

Location: Shelter points are located near main stages and information areas. Look for the "SHELTER" signs or ask any festival staff member for directions.

Emergency Procedures

Medical Emergency

Locate the nearest first aid station or contact any festival staff member immediately. Medical personnel are on-site 24/7.

Security Issue

Contact security staff immediately or go to the nearest information point. Security personnel patrol the entire festival area.

Lost Person

Report to the nearest information point. We have a lost person protocol and announcement system in place.

Severe Weather

Follow staff instructions and seek shelter in designated areas. Weather updates will be announced throughout the festival.

Deposit Available

All prohibited items can be left in DEPOSIT. A detailed list of items prohibited on the festival area can be found in the REGULATIONS.

MEDICINES

The Organizer prohibits the bringing and possession of medicines, with the exception of medicines in original packaging, available without a prescription and whose possession is confirmed by an appropriate medical certificate.

Specialized Medications

People whose health condition requires the administration of specialized medications may have the necessary medications and medical supplies for administering medications, but they are required to present a medical certificate confirming the need to have them with them.

Special Dietary Requirements

Bringing your own food and drinks is only possible in the case of strictly defined diets confirmed by a medical certificate. At the same time, we ask that food and drinks be stored in a way that does not violate the provisions of the Regulations regarding safety.

We encourage people with diabetes to take liquid glucose sachets with them, available at any pharmacy.

DEPOSIT

At the entrances to the festival area and at the entrance to the campsite, there are paid deposits where you can leave items that are prohibited in the regulations.

Open 30 minutes before the main gate opens and 30 minutes after it closes each festival day

Open 30 minutes before the entrance opens and 30 minutes after it closes each festival day

Item Collection

Items from the Entry Gdynia and Entry Kosakowo deposits that were not collected during the festival, as well as lost items, will be available for collection on Sunday (July 6) at the Gdynia Entrance deposit between 12:00 - 15:00.

After this date, uncollected items will be sent to the organizer's office in Warsaw.

Adapting our festival to the needs of its participants is our priority. We want it to be a friendly place for everyone.

There is a cloakroom for the participants at the festival, located near the ALTER STAGE, which operates everyday during festival hours (3:30 pm - 3:30 am)
